Last August 9, 2014, The Auditorium at St. Stephen’s High School witnessed another spectacular night of music when St. Stephen’s High School in cooperation with SSHS Alumni Association proudly presented “Felissimo”.

Thus is true with Mr. J Isaac Chua’s performance for the SSHS Music Appreciation Hour held on August 5, 2014 at The Auditorium.

A men’s college basketball team consisting of NCAA Division 1 players from across America has been invited to come to the Phils. to serve on a mission here from July 24-August 5. They will compete in 7-8 meaningful high-level games designed to support and grow players, ignite fans, and generate club and community interest in the great game of basketball.
Every year, the Guidance and Counseling Center holds Career Conferences for Grade 10 and 4th year High School students. This year, it was held on July 24, 30-31, August 1 & 4, 2014. The event aims to strengthen the student’s awareness on the need to plan for their career as well as gain insight into courses and universities available for them. .
St. Stephen’s High School, in preparation for a possible Earthquake, held a symposium entitled “Earthquake 101” by Mr. Miguel Cano, SSHS Science Curricular Consultant, last July 17, 2014 at Stephenian Hall for Elem. pupils (Gr. 3-6 students) and July 23, 2014 at The Auditorium for HS students.
As the country’s educational system goes through revolutionary innovations and advancements making it globally competitive, St. Stephen’s High School, being an educational institution that envisions itself to be the vehicle for transporting its graduates to the realms and pinnacle of their dreamed future successes, also takes some bold and bigger steps toward the school’s significant improvements. Among the recent improvements that the school has are the renovations of the different facilities like Computer Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory and the Preschool Library. Added to these is the repainting of the High School Building (Exterior).
Last July 7, 2014 St. Stephens’s High School students were blessed to have a Musical Evangelistic Meeting entitled: “Let Me Sing You Heavenly Songs”, featuring two award – winning Taiwanese singers, namely: Mr. Shi Xiaorong and Miss Shirley Zhou Zi Han.
St. Stephen’s High School conducted a 2 day Earthquake and Tsunami Drills on June 30 and July 2, 2014, participated by all students, employees, parents and visitors who are in school on the time of the drill. This is in compliance with the 1st Manila Citywide Multi Disaster Drill on July 2, 2014 as mandated by Manila City Mayor Joseph Estrada to prepare the local residents to become fully aware that disasters are likely to happen anytime; thus preventive measures have to be taken.
