SSHS hosted AMC 2016.
“Education enriched is learners empowered.” As believer of quality education delivered in a structured program and conducive learning environment, St. Stephen’s High School willingly opens its doors to academic empowerment activities like Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC).
Last July 28, 2016, the school served as the venue of AMC participated by twenty (20) schools in Metro Manila and 9 other provincial learning institutions. There was a total of 413 students from Grade 3 to Grade 12 who participated in the competition.
With the aim of making the country globally competitive and involved, the president of the Mathematics Trainers Guild (MTG) Dr. Simon Chua devoted his precious time to be present and give a hand in the competition. His presence inspired coaches and participants alike to pursue excellence in the field of mathematics.
As an avenue for the realization of the association to be breeder of Math wizards, St. Stephen’s High School finds joy and pleasure in welcoming the participants and organizers by making its facilities available for the competition and other activities like this.
