Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10533 (Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013), St. Stephen’s High School was granted permit to operate the Senior High School Program (Academic Track) effective school year 2015-2016.
Aside from the basic requirements of the Senior High School program prescribed by the Department of Education, St. Stephen’s High School is providing an enriched curriculum. The school is establishing linkages with prominent and reputable companies and institutions to ensure that the Senior High School program will be an avenue for new learning opportunities.
St. Stephen’s High School entered into a partnership with British Cambridge Institute (BCI) to ensure that Senior High School graduates will have the winning edge when they enter the college as well as the workforce.
BCI is the exclusive representative and provider of Pearson LCCI and Pearson LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) accredited programs in the Philippines. BCI’s mission is to provide students with affordable international courses that will enhance their knowledge and skills to actually do the job and be valued by employers’ world-wide as well as improving employability.
LCCI certificates can be used to gain admissions to degree programs of universities in various countries specifically United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Hongkong, and Singapore.
Moreover, higher employment opportunities await LCCI certified graduates because Pearson LCCI is trusted and valued by employers worldwide.
SSHS Grade 11 and 12 curriculum plus BCI-LCCI aims to develop St. Stephen’s High School graduates who are Christian life-long learners, internationally certified, highly employable, and globally competent.
