Bringing Comfort through Medical Mission
St. Stephen’s High School, together with the full support of the St. Stephen’s Alumni Association and St. Stephen's Parish, stands firm with her mission of being the lighthouse in the community, through the Annual Medical Mission which was held last November 22, 2015.
The main purpose of this Medical Mission is to share the love of Christ with indigenous families in our nearby community. More than 500 deserving families were provided with free health care, medicines, food and most importantly, spiritual care.
The mission was composed of a group of medical professionals from Manila Doctors and Metropolitan Hospitals. There were also dental and optical professionals, as well as volunteers from the St. Stephen’s Parish to help out and bring comfort on this significant day.
The 2015 Annual Medical Mission’s tremendous success is credited to the tireless work of everyone involved, from the donors to the school administrators, doctors and nurses to all supporting staff.
‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ ~Matthew 25:40
