3D PRINTING @SSHS
As part of revolutionizing the classroom, St. Stephen’s High School is starting to introduce 3D printing in the curriculum.
3D printing is “printing” objects, but instead of using ink, it uses more substantive materials like plastics. The result is a product that is not an “equivalent of the real thing”, but the “real thing itself.”
Stephenians will now have the opportunity to print out prototypes, 3D models of designs, 3D versions of their artwork and even replacement parts or modified examples of existing parts of robots; thereby complementing the Robotics curriculum of the Senior High School.
